On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with bunk beds (for safety, the top bunk supports a maximum of 65 kg). Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double and an en-suite shower room, one with 2 single beds, and one with a double bed, sharing a family bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen features 2 fridge-freezers, an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine, all suitable for 8 guests. Tap water is perfectly safe to drink. You have Wi-Fi, TV, video on demand, washing machine, dryer, and a ski storage room at your disposal. Relax on your private, uncovered terrace with mountain views—perfect for enjoying the alpine atmosphere. Parking is on the street, and a shuttle to Courchevel Le Praz is nearby. One pet is allowed; please mention this when booking. Parties are not permitted. Cleaning is not included; the chalet must be left as you found it. This authentic chalet, dating from around 1730, was fully renovated in 2025 while keeping original features like lime walls and exposed beams. Located in a historic hamlet near the Sainte-Catherine chapel (1584), you are just 9 minutes from Le Praz via a free, frequent shuttle. Hiking trails are accessible right from the house, with the path only 20 meters away.
